I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were somewhat noisy, but still provided a decent stay, and it was disappointing that extra charges were incurred unexpectedly. On the bright side, the service was exceptional and the location strategic despite some noise concerns.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were left uncleaned in many occasions, and there were a few electrical issues and a septic problem. On the bright side, the location was absolutely great, very central to all the action and attractions, but noise could be a concern. The service was lovely, with a warm welcome and helpful staff, though the noise from the nearby Sky Garden might prevent me from recommending a stay here.

The hotel is in a great location, near the bustling street of Kuta with easy access to convenience stores, but some areas like the wooden deck around the pool need upgrading. The rooms were basic but clean, though the noise from clubs outside could be bothersome. The service was remarkably friendly and accommodating, with staff always greeting me warmly. The dining options were good but could have had more variety, though the marinated fish was exceptional.
